Certified in emotional and social competency assessment, compassion cultivation training, and brain-based coaching, I leverage these tools to nurture individual and organizational well-being, performance, and growth.

In 2022, a diagnosis of stage III cancer marked a profound turning point in my journey, propelling me toward healing and leading a purpose-driven life. My mission now is to empower individuals and organizations to embrace their purpose.
