The Way we lead and design work shapes how people experience it.

I explore self-awareness, leadership, and org design, especially as AI reshapes how work happens.

You’ll find writing from my research, reflections on leadership and complexity, and ideas that shape how I see the world.

Portrait of Janette Muñoz, leadership and organizational design consultant

I’m Janette Muñoz.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership and organizational design.

I’ve spent over 15 years working with organizations to design how work happens and develop leaders within those systems. Alongside that, my research explores how compassion supports leadership effectiveness, especially in complex moments.

I’m interested in how the systems we design and the way we lead shape how people experience work and life.
